The Point wouldn’t be The Point without the help of numerous travelers from all around the globe! If you like our hostel and our city, there are often possibilities to help us a bit in and around the hostel. These ‘backployees’ (backpacking employees) do several jobs but moreover, they give the place character and its homey feel.

Jack: The smoothest player of the backployees.

Cathal: Irish. Nobody could say his name & he was consistently last at go-karting.

John: a great entertainer & a handfull after a few pints.

Bernhard: teetotal barman from Austria. Invented some great cocktails that he never tasted.

Zahra: Air Force One wearing, hip-hopping, can't remember what DJ from Holland.

Ulli: artistic influence from Germany. Great photographer & very good with a paint brush.

Nick: anti-Australian sporting a square tattoo with a hole in it (ask him what it means).

Freddie: British. He'd take it to the next level, than the next level, where we've never been.

Adrian: Aussie barman, martial arts & BBQ expert. Speciality: Karate Chops! (Oh dear...).

Davie: the original Irish barman, a hard act to follow & now part owner of The Point Cusco.
